This is our robe option with the curved opening. Kung Fu monks often wear a traditional longsleeve underneath this outer garment. It is also quite common to wear both robes at the same time in which case this robe is worn below the robe with the vertical opening. If you want to create the look of a Taoist or Shaolin monk, this robe will be your best choice!

In these pictures we have selected a design with a same color/fabric trim and open cuffs. You can specify the design after adding an item to the shopping cart. Choose between the sword cuffs for the practice with weapons, or the open cuff design for empty handed Tai Chi and Kung Fu forms.

Tip: To determine the length of the robe, we suggest going into a low horse stance and measure to a few centimeters above the ground. The robe in the pictures was left shorter to look a bit more casual. The choice is yours!
