International

In times in which the whole world is connected, we believe that it is important to offer attractive shipping deals as well as reasonable shipping times. Our current turn-over time (order confirmation to fabrication to receiving of the package) is between 10 and 15 business days.

We ship from China and are using SF Express. Since the costs for international parcels are rather high we decided to put a flat rate into place to offer better service. Generally speaking, if you purchase more than 1 item this deal will be of advantage for you. The cost is $34.90 plus $6.50 for each additional item for all international destinations, except USA. Due to high customs duties charged by the US, our flat rate for shipping to the USA is $48.00 plus $6.50 for each item.

We will send you a confirmation email once the fabrication of your garment is completed. We will also add a tracking numer and link for your convenience.

Taxes

Depending on your country of origin it is possible that the package will go through the customs department. This would mean that you might have to pick up the parcel in person at your local customs/tax department. You might have to pay customs duty or/and import tax. If you reside within a country of the European Union, you will have to pay import VAT and import tax. The exact amounts depend on the individual country. You can ask your local customs office for detailed information.
