I only have a picture of my dream outfit.
Can you make it?

Absolutely! Fabrics of the Water Dragon is NO warehouse company. Every garment we make is individually fabricated according to our customers wishes. When you contact us you are talking to real people with whom you can discuss any vision of your clothing.


How do I maintain my custom garment?

This is a big question because every fabric is different. We’ve put together some general suggestions on the page CARE. For more questions feel free to contact us.


I want a special design or cut, can you help me?

Sure we can. Just let us know what you have in mind and send us some pictures. We’re happy to help.

How about shipping costs and tracking?

We are currently charging a flatrate of $34,90 for shipping internationally with an additional cost of $6.50 for each item. As soon as you order 2 or more pieces of clothing this flatrate is of your benefit. We’re using SF Express due to its reliable service and the option for tracking. We will include a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can always see where your parcel is at.


Can I change my order?

Yes and no. To make changes to your order you will have to get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once we have started working on your outfit, changes are not possible. However, if you are lucky and your changes involve an area not yet worked on, we will do our best to make things work out for you.


Can I return my outfit?

Since every piece of clothing is individualized, we don’t accept any returns. We discuss the outfits, designs, fabric choices very thoroughly. Returns are extremely rare because we focus on a high quality product and an extensive, clear communication with our clients. In specific cases returns are possible. (For example when there has been a defect on our product.) That being said, we are a small family tailor shop and inspect and document our products thoroughly. How do I get extra long or wide clothes?

For special wishes like extra wide or long clothes you can always get in touch with us. Keep in mind that you can often add a few centimeters to your measurements. You can also let us know by writing in the field “additional information” after putting an item into your shopping cart.


Do I have to pay taxes? Do you charge VAT?

We do not bill you any taxes (VAT). However, depending on your country of origin it is possible that the package will go through the customs department. This would mean that you might have to pick up the parcel in person at your local customs/tax department. You might have to pay a customs duty or import tax. If you ship to countries of the European Union you need to pay VAT upon arrival of your goods. You can ask your local customs office for detailed information.
